At Turnabout Luxury Resale, we strive to ensure your designer finds are perfect; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a streamlined return process for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure the item is in its original condition with all Turnabout security tags and designer labels still attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team within 7 days of receipt to request a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your luxury item and ship it back to our processing center using a tracked and insured shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our experts verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method minus shipping fees.
